RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At MyWashOfficial, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with product performance, or if you receive incorrect goods, we will refund the purchase price according to the return terms outlined below.

All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the invoice date. Once approved, we will email you simple instructions for returning your item.

Please note: Any mismatch between your order and the items received must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Returned products must be shipped back immediately after receiving our return authorization email and must include all original contents in the manufacturer’s packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Faulty Items Return Policy

Returns for non-faulty or unwanted products are accepted only at the sole discretion of MyWashOfficial Management.

If approved, items must be returned within 15 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Products must be UNOPENED

  • Manufacturer seals must be fully intact

  • Packaging must be in perfect condition

All non-faulty returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless the product was supplied incorrectly by MyWashOfficial.

Returned items must include all original accessories, manuals, software, warranty cards, and packaging, undamaged and complete.

Faulty Items Under Warranty Return Policy

If you experience a fault with a product under warranty, you must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request in accordance with our terms.

You will need to provide:

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Serial number of the faulty item

Once confirmed that the item is still under warranty, one of our technical specialists may attempt to resolve the issue via phone support or remote assistance.

If the issue cannot be resolved, an official RMA number will be issued, and you must follow our standard return procedure.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will test and repair it. If repair is not possible, MyWashOfficial will issue a replacement product. Replacement hardware may be new or equivalent-to-new with similar specifications.

Easy Return Steps

Follow these simple steps to complete a smooth return process:

  1. Request an RMA
    Submit your return request within 15 days of delivery. Once received, we will email you an RMA number with return instructions.

    Returns without a valid RMA, or returns shipped more than 5 days after the RMA issue date, will be refused. RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued.

  2. Secure Packaging
    Pack the item in a strong shipping box to prevent damage. We highly recommend insuring the shipment and using a carrier such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT with proof of delivery.

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and any transit damage.

  3. Display the RMA Number Clearly
    The RMA number must be written prominently on the outer shipping box. Do not write directly on manufacturer packaging, as this may void the return eligibility.

  4. Ship to the Provided Address Only
    The correct return address will be included in your RMA email. Shipping to any other address may cause delays in refunds or replacements.

  5. Refund or Replacement Issued
    Once your returned product is received, inspected, and accepted, your refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives with visible damage from a commercial carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.), refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If concealed damage is discovered after opening the package, notify us right away to arrange inspection.

Restocking Fee Policy (25%)

MyWashOfficial reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee in cases including:

  • Damage to original packaging

  • Opened products or broken manufacturer seals

  • Missing accessories, components, manuals, or parts

  • Unauthorized returns without an RMA number

Unauthorized packages or unacceptable returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
