- All customers must submit a valid Tax Exemption Certificate at the time of placing an order or requesting services. If a valid certificate is not provided, applicable taxes will be added to the invoice. Any inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent tax-exempt claims may result in legal consequences, and MyWashOfficial reserves the right to take appropriate action.
MyWashOfficial shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of products supplied. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all products are operated, installed, and maintained in compliance with manufacturer instructions, safety recommendations, and all applicable laws and regulations. We strongly advise reviewing all manuals, safety notices, and warnings provided with purchased items.
No product returns will be accepted without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued in advance by MyWashOfficial. Customers must report any order-related concerns to our customer support team. Upon review and validation of the issue, an RMA number will be issued to proceed with the return.
MyWashOfficial is not responsible for returns rejected by manufacturers or for any loss or damage occurring during the RMA process. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged and shipped in accordance with manufacturer and carrier requirements.
As a reseller, MyWashOfficial sources products from reputable and established manufacturers. However, we do not guarantee product performance or quality beyond manufacturer specifications. Any defects, warranty claims, repairs, or replacements are the responsibility of the manufacturer, and customers must contact the manufacturer directly for such matters.
We aim to process and deliver all orders accurately and within estimated timelines. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Manufacturer Delays: Production issues, material shortages, or quality control processes
Force Majeure Events: Natural disasters, governmental actions, civil disturbances, or other unforeseen events
In such cases, MyWashOfficial will make reasonable efforts to inform customers and provide updated delivery estimates. We are not liable for damages or losses caused by delays arising from these factors.
Product pricing is subject to change at the time of order placement, as items are sourced directly from manufacturers. Any pricing updates will be communicated prior to final order confirmation or contract execution. MyWashOfficial is not responsible for price increases resulting from economic fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, or rising production costs, and shall not be liable for additional charges arising from such conditions.
- While MyWashOfficial makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product details—including part numbers, pricing, and descriptions—unintentional errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. However, once a mutually signed contract is in effect, all agreed-upon specifications, pricing, and descriptions shall remain binding. Product images shown on the website may be for reference purposes only and may not represent the exact item delivered. Customers are responsible for verifying all product information prior to order confirmation.
MyWashOfficial does not provide repair, servicing, or maintenance for products unless explicitly stated in a written quotation or contractual agreement. All warranty services, repairs, and replacements fall under the responsibility of the manufacturer and must be handled according to their respective warranty policies. As a reseller, MyWashOfficial sources products from recognized and established manufacturers. However, we do not assume responsibility for product performance, quality, or fitness for a specific purpose. Any concerns related to defects, functionality, or warranty claims must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
MyWashOfficial does not guarantee or certify the origin, manufacturing processes, material quality, or supply chain handling of products sold. This includes production methods, logistics providers, customs clearance, and transportation handling. In the event of any product-related issues, customers should contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor for resolution.
For inquiries or concerns, customers should contact MyWashOfficial using the email addresses provided on their quotation or official correspondence. We aim to respond within two to three business days. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. If a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the customer may request contract termination for convenience, subject to mutual agreement.
For international orders, MyWashOfficial is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, route adjustments, geopolitical conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen events. While we provide regular shipment updates, delivery timelines remain subject to the shipping provider’s terms and conditions.
